Pat has more than 15 years experience in employee benefits, individual and business insurance consulting. During today's challenging economic climate, he brings extensive knowledge, experience and resources to partner with you in designing and implementing the most cost effective insurance solutions available in the marketplace.
Pat specializes in identifying strengths and weaknesses in your existing programs and coverages. With careful consideration to your budget, Pat will guide you with the difficult decisions necessary to minimize risk, maximize benefits and help retain employees. As a member of the Bates Insurance Group, PCMG accesses trusted resources from many proven partners and programs which will further assist you in achieving your personal, organizational and employee goals.
Prior to joining the Bates Insurance Group, Pat spent ten years working with employer groups at the nation’s largest health insurance company. During the past seven years he has represented some of the region’s premier insurance brokerage firms, bringing self funded and fully insured solutions to individuals and businesses of all sizes.
Pat holds a B.A. from Marquette University along with life and health insurance and property and casualty insurance licenses. Pat has also completed the Minnesota partnership program for long- term care planning.
